Credited with 22.1 million views during the October 11-17 tracking period, TINI & Sebastián Yatra’s “Oye” starts at #8 on this week’s chart.

Harry Styles’ new “Lights Up” directly follows at #9. The new Styles video garnered 21.2 million views during the official tracking period.
