The US-based satellite station has been enthusiastically spinning “This Is On You.”

Over the past few years, Maisie Peters has received ample attention and support from platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, BBC Radio One and UK TV series “Love Island.” She has also amassed considerable love from fans and critics.

This week, another platform began shining its spotlight on the budding singer-songwriter: SiriusXM Venus.

The Mediabase-monitored US pop station played Peters’ new single “This Is On You” a whopping 61 times in the seven days between September 25-October 1. The track tied as the station’s second-most-played song during that window.

Venus has also officially “added” the song to its playlist.

“This Is On You” features Peters’ signature brand of honest, detail-driven songwriting and tender, yet emotionally powerful vocal delivery. With catchier production and a more assured lyrical theme (once begging for the chance to endure the “worst of” her ex, Peters is now done and moving on), it nonetheless represents an evolution for the emerging star.

The track appears on Peters’ new EP “It’s Your Bed Babe, It’s Your Funeral,” which arrives this week.
