Normani released her new single “Motivation” to digital platforms and radio at 9PM PT Thursday night.

A few west coast pop stations provided immediate airplay.

According to Mediabase, San Francisco’s 99.7 NOW played “Motivation” four times Thursday night. WiLD 94.9, also out of San Francisco, played the song three times, while San Diego’s Channel 933 delivered 2 spins.

It will obviously receive more airplay — from across the US — as Friday unfolds.

– “Motivation” is also making its mark on key digital platforms. It is currently #6 on the all-genre US iTunes sales chart; the official video meanwhile boasts nearly 700K YouTube views.
