Tying a record set by Mariah Carey & Boyz II Men’s “One Sweet Day” and matched by Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee & Justin Bieber’s “Despacito,” Lil Nas X & Billy Ray Cyrus’ “Old Town Road” enjoys a sixteenth week at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The impressive run as America’s hottest overall song continues thanks to yet another week of massive sales and streaming activity. While “Old Town Road” has begun to fade on the radio front, its airplay level is still strong.

“Old Town Road” notably holds off Billie Eilish’s “bad guy,” which keeps #2 on this week’s chart. “bad guy” benefited from the release of a new remix with Justin Bieber, although “Old Town Road” had a new remix of its own (one featuring Young Thug and Mason Ramsey).

The balance of this week’s Top 5 includes Ed Sheeran & Justin Bieber’s “I Don’t Care” at #3, Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello’s “Señorita” at #4 and Khalid’s “Talk” at #5.
