Shortly after its release late Thursday night, Jonas Brothers’ comeback album “Happiness Begins” flew to #1 on the US iTunes sales chart.

It remains in the pinnacle position as of press time at 1:35AM ET Friday.

Featuring the chart-topping lead single “Sucker,” the album represents Jonas Brothers’ first studio release since 2009’s “Lines, Vines and Trying Times.”

“Happiness Begins” seized the iTunes throne from the late Avicii’s new “TIM.” That album, which enjoyed a stint at #1 following its release Thursday, is now #2 on the chart.

Motionless In White’s new “Disguise” follows at #3, ahead of Silversun Pickups’ new “Widow’s Weeds” (#4) and Thomas Rhett’s “Center Point Road” (#5).
