Shortly after making its debut on the US iTunes store, Aaron Lewis’ “State I’m In” ascended to #1 on the store’s all-genre album sales chart.

The release remains in that pinnacle position as of press time at 1:40AM ET Friday.

It will, of course, receive a big challenge once BTS’ “Map Of The Soul: Persona” arrives later Friday morning. Still, the stint at #1 — however short-lived it may end up being — confirms clear interest in the release.

As of press time, “State I’m In” is one of two new releases in the Top 5. LSD’s “Labrinth, Sia & Diplo Present … LSD,” currently #4, is the other.
