To support the new “Avengers: Endgame,” Thor himself pays a visit to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

Chris Hemsworth, who plays that iconic character in the film series, appears as the lead guest on Tuesday’s “Ellen.”

Hemsworth joins DeGeneres for an interview, which touches on his recent “demotion” in the People “Sexiest Man Alive” issue. Said interview includes one of the show’s infamous “scares.”

The actor also plays a game of Pitch Please.

Also featuring Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Hozier, Tuesday’s “Ellen” will air this afternoon. Check local listings for the start time in your market.
