Sam Smith & Normani’s “Dancing With A Stranger” received a considerable amount of opening day airplay at pop radio.

San Francisco’s WiLD 94.9 ranks as the top initial supporter. According to Mediabase, the major market station had played “Dancing With A Stranger” 21 times by the end of Friday, January 11.

Other noteworthy supporters include Boston’s Kiss 108 (10 spins), 96.5 Cleveland’s KISS FM (9 spins), Miami’s Hits 97.3 (9 spins), Orlando’s Power 95.3 (9 spins), and Exeter/Portsmouth’s Z107 (9 spins).

Many other stations played “Dancing With A Stranger” between 1-7 times Friday.

The new single currently boasts a #10 ranking on US Spotify and the #2 position on US iTunes.
