With Christmas songs dropping off the chart, numerous current singles make big gains on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

One such song is Lauren Daigle’s “You Say.” The Contemporary Christian crossover rockets into the Top 40 on this week’s chart.

Up twenty-five places, “You Say” earns #34 on this week’s listing. The song, which becomes Daigle’s first Top 40 hit, had not previously gone higher than #44.

“You Say” is celebrating its 25th consecutive week on the Hot 100, which ranks songs from all genres based on sales, streams and radio airplay. Although “You Say” is generating its biggest activity on the sales front, it is posting respectable numbers in the other columns.
