Last week’s #2 song improves to #1 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

Halsey’s “Without Me,” that song, earns #1 thanks to another week of strong sales, radio and streaming numbers.

“Without Me” becomes Halsey’s first #1 as a lead artist. She previously hit the chart’s summit as a featured act on The Chainsmokers’ smash “Closer.”

Halsey’s previous peak as a lead artist came courtesy “Bad At Love,” which reached #5 in early 2018.

Ariana Grande’s “thank u, next,” which has thus far spent seven cumulative weeks at #1, falls to #2 on this week’s Hot 100.

Post Malone & Swae Lee’s “Sunflower” (#3), Travi$ Scott’s “SICKO MODE” (#4), and Panic! At The Disco’s “High Hopes” (#5) form the balance of the Top 5.

— As Halsey’s own “Without Me” rises to #1, a collaboration with the artist makes a big gain just below the Top 10. Benny Blanco, Halsey & Khalid’s “Eastside,” that collaboration, jumps ten spots to #11.
