With country radio stations dedicating time to holiday music and year-end countdowns, just about every “current” single endured an airplay loss during the December 23-29 tracking period.

Dan + Shay’s “Speechless” was not immune from that decline. It nonetheless received more airplay than every other song at the format, and thus retains its position as country radio’s #1 song.

“Speechless” tops a third consecutive edition of the Mediabase country radio singles chart.

In addition to ruling for chart points, “Speechless” again ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most played and most heard song. It received ~6,910 spins (-1,066) and ~42.66 million audience impressions during the tracking week.

Dustin Lynch’s “Good Girl” holds at #2, while Thomas Rhett’s “Sixteen” spends another week at #3. Dierks Bentley’s “Burning Man (featuring Brothers Osborne)” (#4, +1) and Kip Moore’s “Last Shot” (#5, +1) complete the Top 5.
