Update: Revised projections have been released for Kodak Black’s “Dying To Live.”

The album is now expected to close its first week with 3-5K in pure US sales. With units from track sales and streams included, it should generate 83-88K in first-week consumption.

The consumption tally would give “Dying To Live” a good shot at #1 on the Billboard 200. Meek Mill’s “Championships,” which is pacing as the week’s #2 album, is expected to do 74-79K in consumption this week.

Kodak Black’s “Dying To Live” will not post big pure US sales numbers this week, but it may rank as the top new release for overall consumption.

According to Hits Daily Double, the album is on track to sell 4-7K pure US copies during the December 14-20 tracking period. With units from track sales and streams included, it should generate about 60-70K in total first-week consumption.

If the numbers hold, “Dying To Live” should post the best consumption figure for a new release. It should also challenge for one of the top spots on the overall Billboard 200.
