Jimmie Allen’s “Best Shot” Headed For #1 At Country Radio

“Best Shot” is poised to claim the top spot on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart.

Barring a major twist, Jimmie Allen’s “Best Shot” will improve to #1 on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart.

The single, which is posting monster audience research numbers, maintains a dominant lead on the building/real-time chart. It should have no trouble maintaining that lead as the November 11-17 tracking period comes to a close.

“Best Shot” will seize the throne from Chris Young’s “Hangin’ On,” which hit #1 last week.

A recent selection for the iHeartRadio “On The Verge” program, “Best Shot” is Allen’s debut country radio single.
