“breathin” may get as high as #4 on this week’s chart.

After two weeks in the pinnacle position, Ariana Grande’s “God is a woman” will fall from #1 on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

The follow-up single, however, will officially jump into the format’s Top 5.

“breathin,” that follow-up, received 9,409 spins during the first five days of the November 11-17 tracking period. Up 16% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “breathin” at #5 on the building/rolling chart.

“breathin” does maintain a huge lead over Panic! At The Disco’s building #6 “High Hopes” (9,170 spins, +21%), but it should remain ahead as the week comes to a close.

It may, in fact, move up to #4 by the time the chart goes final. The aforementioned “God is a woman,” which currently holds that position, is quickly fading (9459 spins, -17%).

— Grande also has another song making waves on the chart. “thank u, next,” that song, is currently #22 on the building chart with 2,437 spins. The count reflects a gain of 174% over the same-time-last-week mark.
