After spending several weeks in the #2 position (and the duration of its run near the top of the chart), Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You (featuring Cardi B)” improves to #1 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

“Girls Like You” seizes the throne from Drake’s “In My Feelings,” which spent ten weeks in the pinnacle position.

The Hot 100 ranks songs based on sales, streams and radio airplay. “Girls Like You” is a behemoth in all regards. It is a major force at radio, a consistently strong seller, and a popular streaming attraction in large part due to its well-received music video.

“Girls Like You” becomes Maroon 5’s fourth #1 on the Hot 100. It is the third chart-topper for Cardi B.
