Based on an abbreviated first week of tracking, Childish Gambino’s “Summertime Magic” earned a spot on last week’s Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100.

Following its first full week in the market, it earns a spot on the actual Billboard Hot 100.

“Summertime Magic” grabs #44 on this week’s edition of the chart. It becomes Gambino’s sixth career Hot 100 entry — and third song to reach the Top 50.

The Hot 100 ranks songs based on activity from sales, streams and radio airplay. This particular song generated most of its activity on the sales and streaming fronts. It takes #27 on this week’s Digital Song Sales chart and #32 on this week’s Streaming Songs listing.
