Camila Cabello’s “Never Be The Same” Goes 2x Platinum In US; “Crying In The Club” Platinum

Cabello just picked up two new RIAA certifications.

“Never Be The Same” just hit #1 at hot adult contemporary radio.

Earlier this month, it officially crossed the 2x platinum threshold.

The RIAA confirms that “Never Be The Same” reached double-platinum in the United States on June 15, 2018. The award signifies 2 million in US units, with each unit equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

“Never Be The Same” was not the only Cabello single to pickup an award that date. The artist’s debut solo single “Crying In The Club” also received a new honor.

In its case, it went platinum in recognition of 1 million units.
