Devin Dawson’s “Asking For A Friend” Ranks As Country Radio’s Most Added Song

“Asking For A Friend” earns the top spot on this week’s country radio add board.

The follow-up to Devin Dawson’s debut single “All On Me” received a healthy amount of support in conjunction with this week’s impact.

“Asking For A Friend,” that new single, landed at 38 Mediabase-monitored stations this week. It ranks as country radio’s most added song for the week.

Sugarland’s “Babe (featuring Taylor Swift),” which topped last week’s add board, takes second place this week. It won support from another 28 stations.

Miranda Lambert’s “Keeper Of The Flame” follows in third with 24 pickups, while an add count of 11 slots Thomas Rhett’s “Life Changes” in fourth.

Each added by 10 stations, Chris Stapleton’s “Millionaire” and Old Dominion’s “Hotel Key” tie for fifth.

This week’s other notable country radio options: Walker Hayes’ “Craig” (9 adds, 7th-most), Keith Urban’s “Coming Home (featuring Julia Michaels)” (8 adds, 8th-most, tie), Kip Moore’s “Last Shot” (8 adds, 8th-most, tie), and LANco’s “Born To Love You” (7 adds, 10th-most).
