It still received enough airplay for a Top 75 ranking at the format.

Played 122 times during the tracking period, “Familiar” ranks as the Mediabase pop panel’s #71 song.

“Familiar” received airplay from 17 Mediabase-monitored pop stations.

Indianapolis’ 99.5 ZPL ranked as the biggest early supporter. The station provided 41 tracking period spins.

According to Mediabase, other key early supporters include SiriusXM Hits 1 (26 plays), Tampa’s Hot 101.5 (11 spins), and Kansas City’s Mix93.3 (10 spins).
