Marshmello & Anne-Marie’s Top 5 hit “FRIENDS” has officially attained platinum status in Australia.

ARIA confirmed the certification in conjunction with this week’s Top 50 Singles Chart. The award confirms 70,000 in Australian units.

“FRIENDS” was not the only song to cross the platinum threshold in Australia this week. Bazzi’s “Mine,” Troye Sivan’s “My My My,” and Zac Efron & Zendaya’s “Rewrite The Stars” also formally surpassed the 70,000 unit mark.

Auspop first reported the “My My My” and “Rewrite The Stars” certifications.

“FRIENDS,” which has thus far peaked at #4, currently appears at #7 on the Top 50 Singles Chart. The #11-peaking “Mine” is #17 this week.

“My My My” and “Rewrite The Stars” are not currently charting.
