Kelly Clarkson just released a new song based on Hoda Kotb’s children’s book “I’ve Loved You Since Forever.”

The song is proving quite resonant with music buyers.

As of press time at 11:20AM ET, it holds #1 on the all-genre US iTunes sales chart.

Clarkson and Kotb each have lead credit on the track, which is Clarkson’s first iTunes #1 since the “American Idol”-boosted “Piece By Piece.”

“I’ve Loved You Since Forever” seized the throne from Meghan Trainor’s “No Excuses,” which is #2 as of press time.

Zedd, Maren Morris & Grey’s “The Middle” is currently #3, while Drake’s “God’s Plan” occupies the #4 position.

Bebe Rexha’s “Meant To Be (featuring Florida Georgia Line)” is #5.
