The Steve Aoki remix of BTS’ “MIC Drop (featuring Desiigner)” has won the support of one of America’s biggest and most influential radio stations.

Reporting to the November 28 add board, Los Angeles’ 102.7 KIIS FM confirms it picked up “MIC Drop.”

“MIC Drop,” at least thus far, represents the station’s only playlist add for the week.

In addition to an enthusiastic reaction from iTunes buyers (it hit #1 on the all-genre US chart), “MIC Drop” received instant US airplay following its release this past Friday.

Monday, news came that “MIC Drop” would be impacting pop radio in conjunction with the December 5 add board. It will be the first BTS single to officially go for US radio adds.
