Zedd & Alessia Cara’s “Stay” is on track to top a fifth consecutive edition of the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

“Stay” received 10,552 spins during the first four days of the June 18-24 tracking week. While the count trails the same-time-last-week mark by 3.0%, it keeps “Stay” comfortably atop the building/real-time pop chart.

While Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s building #2 “Despacito (featuring Justin Bieber)” is on the rise, it does not have a realistic chance of closing the gap this week. “Despacito” currently trails “Stay” by nearly 1,700 spins (8,884, +10.0%).

“Stay” is Zedd’s first #1 at pop radio. It is not Cara’s first, but it is her longest reigning. Previous number ones “Here” and “Scars To Your Beautiful” spent one and two weeks atop the chart, respectively.
