The first season “Riverdale” finale topped the previous episode in adults 18-49 but endured a slight loss in overall viewership.

According to final live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Thursday’s “Riverdale” drew a 0.4 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 962,000 overall viewers.

Last week’s episode drew a 0.3 in the demo but reached 977,000 total audience members.

— The CW led into Thursday’s “Riverdale” with “Supernatural,” which drew a 0.5 rating and 1.42 million viewers. Last week’s episode drew the same 0.5 in the demo but reached 1.51 million overall viewers.
