In addition to performing for WWE, John Cena and Nikki Bella appear on the E! reality series “Total Bellas” and “Total Divas.”
Naturally, Cena’s WrestleMania 33 proposal is top-of-mind for the E! News team.
E! has been reporting on the story since Sunday night, and it even made it a topic of conversation at “Welcome,” the ACLU benefit concert that took place Monday at the Staples Center.
E!’s team caught up with Tinashe, who sang “America The Beautiful” at WrestleMania 33 prior to heading to LA for the benefit show.
“It was so cute!” said Tinashe regarding the proposal.”There [were] so many people there so it’s such a crazy moment to see someone propose in front of that many people.
“It was super, super sweet when it happened. Everyone was like, ‘Awww!'”
Tinashe noted that she saw Cena backstage earlier in the night, and he seemed calm and without visible nerves.
The overall experience was, however, notable for Tinashe, who acknowledged that she had never been to a wrestling show before.
Tinashe’s “Flame,” which goes for pop radio on April 11, was an official theme for WrestleMania 33.
