Olivia Holt’s “History” Set to Impact Pop Radio In Early April

Over the past few months, Olivia Holt’s “History” has received high-profile exposure on Spotify. The single has been featured on prominent playlists like Today’s Top Hits and Pop Rising, and has racked up over 42 million streams.

It has also garnered some attention from pop stations, including Radio Disney and Dallas’ 103.7 AMP.

Hollywood Records is hoping it will garner considerably more radio attention in the near future.

“History” is scheduled to officially go for pop adds on April 4. Friday Morning QB first reported the news.

Upon impacting, “History” will become the first Olivia Holt single to receive a formal pop radio campaign.

Holt will not be the only Hollywood Records solo artist with a song at pop radio. The label is currently pushing Sabrina Carpenter’s “Thumbs,” which holds a Top 30 position at the format. Bea Miller’s new “Song Like You” goes for adds next week.
