Ed Sheeran’s “Castle On The Hill,” Little Mix’s “Shout Out To My Ex” Enter US Pop Radio’s Top 50

One of Ed Sheeran’s brand new songs and the lead single from Little Mix’s “Glory Days” now rank within the Top 50 at pop radio.

Despite not launching until the sixth day, Sheeran’s “Castle On The Hill” garnered 470 spins during the January 1-7 tracking week. The count positions “Castle On The Hill” as the Mediabase pop panel’s #48 song.

Little Mix’s “Shout Out To My Ex,” which was #53 last week, takes #50 this week. It received 421 weekly spins (+37).

— Sheeran’s other new release makes an even bigger opening week splash. Entitled “Shape Of You,” the song debuts at #25.
