The charity version of “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town” was introduced at the “Jingle Ball” hosted by iHeartMedia station Z100, and it is predictably receiving airplay across the iHeartMedia network.

According to Mediabase, the cover has received ample airplay from many iHeartMedia stations. Los Angeles’ 102.7 KIIS had played the song 15 times through December 11, while West Palm Beach’s WiLD 95.5 offered 13 spins.

Denver’s 95.7 The Party played the song nine times, and the aforementioned Z100 in New York offered 8 spins.

Chicago’s 103.5 KISS and Miami’s Y100 played the song 7 times, while many other iHeart stations have offered several spins.

Credited with 88 spins through December 10, “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town” was the Mediabase pop panel’s #83 song for this past week. It is on track to go much higher this week.

Mediabase credits the song to “DNCE & Friends,” whereas official press material credits the song to “Artists Of The 2016 iHeartRadio Z100 Jingle Ball.”

In addition to DNCE, the recording features Daya, Hailee Steinfeld, Fifth Harmony, Tinashe, Charlie Puth, Rita Ora, and others.
