“The Greatest (featuring Kendrick Lamar),” the follow-up to Sia’s multi-week #1 smash “Cheap Thrills,” is about to crack pop radio’s Top 20.

“The Greatest” received 3,812 pop spins during the first six days of the October 2-8 tracking period. Up 49.1% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “The Greatest” at #21 on Mediabase’s building chart.

With twenty one pilots’ building #12 “Ride” due to be removed as a recurrent this week, all songs presently below #12 will receive a one-place boost when the chart goes final. For all intents and purposes, “The Greatest” is thus really #20 on the building chart.

Since it does not face an obvious threat from below, “The Greatest” should be able to retain its Top 20 position through the close of tracking.

Still receiving ample airplay, the aforementioned “Cheap Thrills (featuring Sean Paul)” will likely be #7 on this week’s chart.
