William Michael Morgan’s breakthrough single is officially his first country radio #1.

Up three places, the artist’s “I Met A Girl” claims #1 on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart. It seizes the throne from Justin Moore’s “You Look Like I Need A Drink,” which crashes to #10 this week.

Not simply the leader in chart points, “I Met A Girl” also ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most played song for the September 25-October 1 tracking week. It received ~8,388 spins within that window (+1,009).

Billy Currington’s “It Don’t Hurt Like It Used To,” which rises one place to #2 on the Mediabase chart, ranks as the week’s most heard song. It garnered ~54.796 million weekly impressions; “I Met A Girl” earned ~54.642 million.

Up three places, Kenny Chesney’s “Setting The World On Fire (featuring P!nk)” grabs #3 on this week’s chart. Tucker Beathard’s “Rock On” rises one place to #4, while Luke Bryan’s “Move” climbs from #8 to #5.
