Make that three weeks for The Chainsmokers’ “Closer (featuring Halsey).”

Three straight weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100, that is. The smash hit remains #1 on this week’s edition of the chart.

“Closer” was already a sales and streaming force, and the combination of Video Music Awards exposure and growing radio airplay amplified its dominance. In addition to remaining #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, “Closer” easily retains the top spots on the Digital Songs and Streaming Songs subcharts.
