Major Lazer, Bieber & MØ’s “Cold Water” Debuts At #28 On Pop Radio Chart; DJ Khaled & Drake Also Top 30

Despite not arriving until the sixth day of the July 17-23 tracking period, Major Lazer’s new “Cold Water (featuring Justin Bieber & MØ)” debuts at #28 on the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

“Cold Water” earns the position thanks to the ~2,204 spins it received within the confines of the official tracking period.

Bottlenecked by the late week arrival, the spin count was aided by “on the hour” first day airplay promotions from many pop stations, including those under the iHeartMedia umbrella.

“Cold Water” is one of two additions to pop radio’s Top 30; DJ Khaled’s “For Free (featuring Drake),” the other, rises two places to #29.

It received ~1,848 tracking week spins (+213).
