Ratings: Cinemax’s “Outcast” Rises From Last Week’s Low

Outcast [Cinemax]

Make no mistake, Cinemax’s “Outcast” did not deliver strong live+same-day ratings Friday night.

It did, however, markedly top the previous episode’s viewership sum. It also set a new high in adults 18-49.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Friday’s broadcast drew a 0.08 adults 18-49 rating and 205,000 total viewers. Both numbers top the 0.05 rating and 145,000 viewership figure drawn by last week’s episode, which was the series’ worst performer on record.

The rating, moreover, is the show’s best yet. The viewership figure is second best — and one of only two to exceed 200,000.
