Madonna Sets Solo Tour Record With $1.31 Billion in Career Ticket Sales; “Rebel Heart” Film Planned

Following the conclusion of her 82-show “Rebel Heart Tour,” Madonna once again holds the all-time ticket sales record among solo artists.

Per a press release from BB Gun, Madonna now boasts career tour ticket sales of $1.31 billion. The mark is the highest in the history of Billboard Boxscore.

The 82-show, 55-city “Rebel Heart Tour” contributed $169.8 million of that revenue. Lasting seven months, the tour attracted 1,045,479 attendees.

“Rebel Heart” concluded this past weekend in Sydney. “The final two shows were filmed for an upcoming release,” says the press note.
