Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself” Will Retain #1 at Pop Radio

Like previous “Purpose” single “Sorry,” Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself” will be a multi-week #1 at pop radio.

The song is on track to comfortably top this week’s Mediabase pop airplay chart. In doing so, it will extend its reign to two weeks.

“Love Yourself” received 10,877 spins during the first four days of the January 31-February 6 tracking week. Up 4.5% from the previous week’s mark, the tally safely keeps “Love Yourself” at #1 on Mediabase’s building airplay listing.

twenty one pilots’ “Stressed Out” is #2 on the listing. While it is accelerating at a faster rate (+9.2%), it received only 9,709 spins during the tracking week’s first four days. It will not be able to close the gap before the week ends.

“Love Yourself” last week became Justin Bieber’s third straight — and third career — #1 at the pop format.
