Ratings Update: ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, HTGAWM Rise For Fall Finales

Final Ratings: The fall finales of ABC’s “TGIT” series “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Scandal,” and “How To Get Away With Murder” enjoyed week-to-week gains in adults 18-49 and total viewership.

They successively ranked as the night’s top three dramas.

“Grey’s Anatomy” opened the evening with a 2.5 adults 18-49 rating and 8.498 million total viewers. Last week’s episode posted a 2.2 with 8.018 million.

“Scandal” followed with a 2.4 and 8.132 million and thus bested last week’s broadcast, which posted a 2.2 and 7.703 million.

“HTGAWM” closed the night by revealing “Who Shot Annalise” — and by posting a 2.3 rating with 7.187 million total viewers. Last week’s installment managed a 1.9 with 6.710 million.

While none set season highs, ABC’s three “TGIT” dramas all enjoyed gains for their fall finales.

Per fast national data, Veteran “Grey’s Anatomy” opened ABC’s night with a 2.5 adults 18-49 rating and 8.463 million total viewers. Up from last week’s episode (2.2, 8.018 million), “Grey’s” was the night’s #1 drama in both columns.

“Scandal,” which was the #2 drama in both columns, followed with a 2.4 and 8.061 million total viewers. Last week’s episode posted a 2.2 and 7.703 million total viewers.

“How To Get Away With Murder,” the night’s #3 drama, closed the “TGIT” lineup with a 2.3 and 7.132 million total viewers. Both numbers top those of last week’s episode, which drew a 1.9 and 6.710 million.
