Ratings Update: “Scream Queens” Falls Again; “Grandfathered,” “Grinder” Down

Final Ratings: The bleed continued for FOX’s “Scream Queens.”

Tuesday’s episode drew a mere 1.0 adults 18-49 rating with 2.393 million viewers. Both numbers top those of last week’s broadcast, which posted an already-disappointing 1.2 with 2.968 million viewers.

Heavy competition from CNN’s debate coverage did not help matters, but it is clear “Scream Queens” is not resonating as a live+same-day draw.

8PM lead-in comedies “Grandfathered” (1.0 with 3.712 million vs. a 1.2 with 3.873 million) and “The Grinder” (0.9 with 2.526 million vs. a 1.0 with 3.150 million) also slipped this week.

=====================

While there is no guarantee the same is true of its adults 18-49 rating, FOX’s “Scream Queens” took yet another hit in the overnight household ratings.

Tuesday’s episode was the fifth “Scream Queens” — and its fourth weekly broadcast. The show has slipped each week since its two-hour premiere on September 22.

FOX lead-ins “Grandfathered” and “The Grinder” were also down this week. The former slipped from a 3.0 to a 2.4 overnight household rating, while the latter dropped from a 2.5 to a 2.0.

Adults 18-49 and total viewership data is due by 11:15AM ET.
