Ratings: “Pretty Little Liars” Surges for Summer Finale; Most-Watched Since 2014

Tuesday’s “Pretty Little Liars” summer finale was the most-watched episode since the March 2014 season four finale.

The revealing episode garnered a whopping 1.39 adults 18-49 rating with 3.087 million total viewers. Both numbers were up dramatically from last week’s installment, which posted a 0.84 with 2.031 million.

The impressive viewership tally was the series’ strongest — and first to exceed 3 million — since the March 18, 2014 “A for Answers” installment. And while that episode drew a slightly larger audience (3.116 million), this week’s “Game Over, Charles” bested that episode’s 1.3 adults 18-49 rating.

This week’s episode also outperformed the March 24, 2015 season five finale, which featured an “A” reveal of its own. Entitled “Welcome to the Dollhouse,” that episode drew a 1.27 rating with 2.65 million viewers.
