Ratings: NBC’s “AD: The Bible Continues” Falls to Another Low; “American Odyssey” Flat

The ratings portrait continues to get bleaker for NBC’s “AD: The Bible Continues.” Sunday’s episode posted new low marks in adults 18-49 and total viewership.

According to fast national data, the latest installment of “AD” drew a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating with 4.30 million viewers.

Both numbers trail those of last week’s episode, which drew a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating with 4.80 million viewers.

While this week’s episode aired on the eve of the US Memorial Day holiday and against HBO’s usual timeslot occupant “Game of Thrones,” it faced minimal competition from the major broadcast networks.

FOX’s NASCAR coverage (1.4, 6.27 million in the competitive timeslot) was the only network program to draw above a 0.5 in the adults 18-49 demographic.

“AD” led into “American Odyssey,” which drew a 0.4 adults 18-49 rating 2.58 million viewers.

The 0.4 rating ties a series low; the 2.58 million viewership average, which trails last week’s mark of 2.63 million, represents a new one.
