Special Look: Miranda Lambert, Sam Hunt Rehearse ACM Awards Performances

One is the celebrity favorite for Entertainer of the Year. One just received a Gold certification for his debut album “Montevallo.”

Both are performing at Sunday’s Academy of Country Music Awards ceremony. Both rehearsed those performances Friday.

Miranda Lambert, the former, and Sam Hunt, the latter, worked through their numbers at Arlington, Texas’ AT&T Stadium. Home to the Dallas Cowboys, the stadium also plays host to this Sunday’s 50th Annual ACM Awards.

Veteran act Martina McBride also rehearsed Friday.

Lambert, Hunt and McBride appear on a stacked list of confirmed ACM Awards performers that also includes ason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, Reba, Blake Shelton, George Strait, Keith Urban, Brooks & Dunn, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Christina Aguilera (with Rascal Flatts), Nick Jonas (with Dan + Shay), Thomas Rhett and Cole Swindell.
