Ratings: FX’s “Louie,” “The Comedians” Sink This Week

Neither veteran “Louie” nor new series “The Comedians” delivered strong ratings last week.

Both delivered considerable weaker ones this week.

Airing at 10:30PM, FX’s critically acclaimed “Louie” drew a deflated 0.21 adults 18-49 rating with 470,000 viewers. Both numbers trail those of the previous week’s fifth season premiere, which drew a 0.28 rating with 630,000 viewers.

The cable network led into “Louie” with episode two of “The Comedians.” Down sharply, this week’s edition of the Billy Crystal-Josh Gad vehicle posted a 0.22 adults 18-49 rating with 534,000 viewers.

Last week’s premiere drew a 0.37 with 878,000 viewers.
