Ratings: AMC’s “The Walking Dead” Adds Viewers, Falls in Demo

After enjoying two consecutive weeks of increases in the adults 18-49 demographic, AMC’s “The Walking Dead” suffered a minor setback this week.

It did, however, score a third straight gain in total viewership.

Sunday’s episode drew a slightly reduced 7.3 adults 18-49 rating but a slightly improved viewership total of 14.53 million. The previous installment garnered a 7.5 with 14.43 million total viewers.

The second-most watched “TWD” of 2015 (after the February 8 midseason premiere), Sunday’s “Forget” easily ranked as the night’s top television program. It also dominated last season’s corresponding broadcast.

“Alone” (4×13), that episode, drew a 6.3 with 12.65 million viewers on March 9, 2014.

With a 2.9 rating and 5.73 million total viewers, Sunday’s edition of “Talking Dead” was Sunday’s #2 program.
