Taylor Swift’s “Style” Hits a New Peak on the Hot 100

Surging airplay and a full week’s worth of music video streams power Taylor Swift’s “Style” to a new high on the all-encompassing Billboard Hot 100.

Despite coming late in the tracking week, the February 13 release of the “Style” music video helped thrust the Taylor Swift song to a new high of #10 on last week’s Hot 100. In doing so, it scored Swift her 17th career Top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100.

This week, the full slate of streaming, airplay and sales points brings “Style” to a new high of #8 on the listing.

Swift is also represented in the top ten by “Blank Space.” That song, which spent seven weeks at #1 prior to the rise of Mark Ronson’s juggernaut “Uptown Funk (featuring Bruno Mars),” holds at #7 on this week’s chart.
