Ellie Goulding Sends Two Songs into Pop’s Top 20

Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney’s “FourFiveSeconds” might be the highest-charting addition to the top twenty of Mediabase’s pop radio airplay chart, but Ellie Goulding accomplishes something particularly special this week.

She appears on two songs that entered that portion of the chart.

Mediabase’s official pop chart, which measures airplay between February 1 and 7, lists Calvin Harris’ “Outside (featuring Ellie Goulding)” at #18. The recipient of 5,130 weekly spins, it rises five places from last week’s chart position.

Goulding’s own “Love Me Like You Do,” meanwhile, hops to #20 on the strength of its 4,672 weekly spins. It was #25 last week.

The aforementioned “FourFiveSeconds” flies into the top 20 at #17. It received 5,580 plays from the pop format.
