Neither has yet entered the format’s top 40, but the new singles from Ariana Grande and Echosmith are beginning to make notable moves at pop radio.

Echosmith’s “Bright,” which formally impacted last week (and tied Natalie La Rose’s “Somebody” as the week’s second-most-added song), is up to #42 on Monday’s rolling edition of the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart (it was also #42 on Sunday’s official edition).

“Bright,” which was #52 last week, commanded 633 spins between February 2 and 8. That represents a gain of 369, which was the second-greatest for a song beneath the Top 40.

The only one to make a bigger move? Ariana Grande’s “One Last Time,” which added 494 spins to its weekly count. Set to formally impact this week, the new Grande song is #46 on Monday’s rolling chart thanks to its 567 weekly spins. It was also #46 on Sunday’s official chart.

Olly Murs’ “Wrapped Up (featuring Travie McCoy)” is also gaining ground at pop. It appears at #44 on the rolling chart on the strength of 592 weekly spins (+291).
