Update: Gwen Stefani performed a medley of her past and present singles on Monday’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” The video follows. Photos from the taping are also embedded below:
Sunday night, NBC aired a special post-Super Bowl edition of “The Tonight Show” from Phoenix, Arizona.
Instead of heading all the way back to the east coast, the team behind NBC’s iconic late night broadcast will spend the remainder of the week in the show’s former home of Los Angeles.
A visit to California naturally necessitates some “Fresh Prince of Bel Air” jokes, and “Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon is more than happy to oblige. A clip featured on Monday’s “Tonight Show” draws from the classic sitcom.
Also happy to oblige? Former “Fresh Prince” cast member Alfonso Ribeiro, who stops by for a cameo.
Monday’s “Tonight Show” also features visits from Michael Keaton and Gwen Stefani. The latter, who is a California native, appears for both an interview and a performance.
A “photobomb” segment involving Chris Pratt and Chris Evans is also poised to air during the episode, which kicks off at 11:35PM ET on NBC.
