Death Cab for Cutie to Play Letterman’s “Late Show,” Pally’s “Late Late Show”

Next week, music fans will be able to catch televised Death Cab for Cutie performances on back-to-back nights.

The pair of gigs commences on January 29, when the veteran act serves as the musical guest on CBS’ “Late Show with David Letterman.” None of the night’s interview guests have yet been revealed.

The band will then visit CBS’ “Late Late Show” on January 30. To be guest-hosted by Adam Pally, the episode will feature actor Ben Schwartz and, presumably, a to-be-revealed second interview guest.

Death Cab’s performances come in advance of the release date for new album “Kintsugi.” That LP hits shelves on March 31.
