ABC Officially Cancels “Selfie,” “Forever” Lasts All Season

None of ABC’s Tuesday offerings–not even second year drama “Agents of SHIELD”–is a strong ratings performer.

Only two, however, will prematurely exit the lineup.

ABC, which recently cancelled 8:30PM comedy “Manhattan Love Story,” revealed that it will also pass on ordering more episodes of freshman comedy “Selfie.” The modern adaptation of “My Fair Lady,” which received mixed reviews, drew soft ratings out of the gate and posted a series low 0.9 adults 18-49 rating with 3.23 million viewers in its most recent outing.

ABC is expected to broadcast the entirety of the show’s original thirteen episode order, but its run will come to a close once that occurs.

“Forever,” meanwhile, at least means a full season. ABC opted to deliver a back nine order to the freshman drama.

The most recent episode of that show drew a 1.1 adults 18-49 rating with 4.95 million viewers.
