The video for “Wrecking Ball” might not be as bizarre as that of “We Can’t Stop,” but it is even more revealing.
Ever confident in her body and ever-aggressive in her desire to make waves, Cyrus bares (essentially) all for a ride on a wrecking ball in the video for the new “Bangerz” single.
And when not naked or poignantly staring into the camera, Cyrus is writhing around on the wreckage or making out with a sledgehammer.
Adhering to Cyrus’ controversial new gimmick, it is only natural that the video will receive a polarizing response. Thus far, it has amassed a whopping 39,000 downvotes on YouTube (compared to 136,004 thumbs up).
