CM Punk Tweets Photo of Vicious WWE Money in the Bank Injury

Offering a photographic testimonial for WWE’s infamous “Don’t Try this at Home” campaign, CM Punk Tweeted a look at the repercussions of Sunday’s WWE Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Helping to sell the betrayal from Paul Heyman, who attacked Punk with the ladder during Sunday’s main-event, the “Best in the World” took one shot directly to the head. The result was a vicious gash, as evidenced in the photo to the right.

The competitor, who is expected to wrestle Brock Lesnar at WWE Summerslam, offered no wisecrack in conjunction with the TwitPic, instead letting the image do the talking.

Following Paul Heyman’s interference, Randy Orton ended up ascending the ladder to win the latest installment of Money in the Bank.

Update: He later added the following photo to confirm he required thirteen stitches to close the wound:
